Gender: Is your wolf male or female?
Age: How old is your wolf in moons? (months)
Hybrid?: Is it a true wolf, or does it have some tamed dog blood?
Appearance: What does your wolf look like? What colour are its eyes and fur? Any special markings or scars?
Personality: You can choose from Friendly, Neutral or Aggressive.
Details: Finally, here you put anything special about your wolf, perhaps a great event that happened in the past, or some history.
